கடந்த 04.05.2013 முதல் 06.05.2013 வரை கொல்கத்தா மாநகரில் நடைபெற்ற மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் மகா சம்மேளனத்தின்  24 ஆவது தேசிய மாநாட்டில்  நம்முடைய அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் பொதுச் செயலரும், NFPE  சம்மேளனத்தின் மாபொதுச் செயலரும் ஆகிய தொழிற் சங்கப் போராளி தோழர் . M . கிருஷ்ணன்  அவர்கள் மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் மாபொதுச்  செயலராகவும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப் பட்டார்  என்பதை  மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம் . 

1966 இல் துவங்கப்பட்ட மகா சம்மேளன அமைப்பிற்கு நமது NFPTE/NFPE   பேரியக்கத்திலிருந்து  மாபொதுச்  செயலர் பொறுப்பு பெறுவது இதுவே முதல் முறை . தொழிற் சங்க வரலாற்றில் இது ஒரு மைல் கல்.

மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் மகா சம்மேளனம் என்பது மத்திய அரசுத் துறையில் இயங்கி வரும் 106 சங்கங்களை உள்ளடக்கியது. 13 லட்சம்  ஊழியர்கள் இந்த அமைப்பில் உறுப்பினர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள் .

தோழர் கிருஷ்ணன் தலைமையில் 7ஆவது ஊதியக் குழு , 50% பஞ்சப்  படி அடிப்படை ஊதியத்துடன் இணைப்பு, 5 கட்ட பதவி உயர்வு உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகளை நிச்சயம் வென்ற டைவோம் என்பது உறுதி . இந்த நிகழ்வு  NFPE  பேரியக்க வரலாற்றில் நிச்சயம் பதிக்கப் படும் .

தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கம்  வரலாற்று முத்திரை பதிக்க தோழர் கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களை வாழ்த்துகிறது !

Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity is paid to Central Government employees under New Pension System (NPS)

Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity is paid to Central Government employees under New Pension System (NPS) as it is paid under the old pension scheme. The monthly annuity under the New Pension System (NPS) is only a replacement of pension on retirement and family pension of death after retirement. The benefits of Death cum Retirement Gratuity (DCRG) and pension/family pension have been provisionally allowed,  vide the Office Memorandum of Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare No. 38/41/06-P & PW(A) dated 5.5.2009 in respect of Central Government servants covered under NPS in cases where a Government Servant is retired on invalidation/disability and in the case of death of a Government servant in service on the same rates as are applicable under the old pension scheme Central Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 1972. The retirement gratuity is payable to the retiring Government servant. A minimum of 5 years’ qualifying service and eligibility to receive service gratuity/pension is essential to get this one time lump sum benefit. Retirement gratuity is calculated @ 1/4th of a month’s Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance drawn before retirement for each completed six monthly period of qualifying service. The maximum retirement gratuity payable is 16½ times the Basic Pay, subject to a maximum of Rs. 10 lakh. If the Government Servant dies while in service, the death gratuity shall be paid to his family at rates furnished in the table below: Sl. No. Length of Qualifying Service Rate of Death Gratuity 1. Less than one year 2 times of emoluments 2. One year or more but less than 5 years 6 times of emoluments 3. 5 years or more but less than 20 years 12 times of emoluments 4. 20 years or more Half of emoluments for every completed six monthly period of qualifying service subject to a maximum of 33 times of emoluments. Maximum amount of Death Gratuity admissible is Rs, 10 lakh with effect from 1.1.2006. This was stated by Minister of State for Finance, Shri Namo Narain Meena, in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.

வெயிலில் வெளியில் அலைபவர்கள், வாகனம் ஓட்டுபவர்கள் மற்றும் ஒரே இடத்தில் உட்கார்ந்தபடி வேலை செய்பவர்கள் அடிக்கடி மோர் மற்றும் இளநீரை குடிக்க வேண்டும்.

உடல் சூடு குறைவதோடு, உடம்புக்கு புத்துணர்வு கிடைக்கும். கோடை காலத்தில் எண்ணை பதார்த்தங்கள், காரம் முதலானவற்றை தவிர்க்கவும். சுத்தமான குடிநீரையும் அதிகமாக குடிக்கலாம்.

ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நான்கு முறையாவது நல்ல சோப்பினால் தேய்த்து முகத்தைக் கழுவிக் கொள்வது நல்லது. இதனால் முகத்தில் வியர்வைத் துவாரங்கள் திறக்கப்படுவதோடு, தோலில் படியும் அழுக்குகளும் அகற்றப்படும்.

குறிப்பாக இரவு படுக்கப் போகும் முன்பு, சோப்பு போட்டு முகத்தை கழுவுவது அவசியம். தினமும் இரண்டு வேளை குளிக்கவும்.

வேர்க்குருவைப் போக்க சந்தனத்தை பன்னீரில் குழைத்து, வேர்க்குருக்கள் மீது தடவலாம். நல்ல நிவாரணம் கிட்டும்.

வெயிலின் தாக்கம் தாங்காமல் முகத்தில் கரும்புள்ளிகள் ஏற்படும். குறிப்பாக எண்ணைப் பசையான உடம்பு என்றால் முகத்தில் பருக்கள் ஏற்படுவதும் உண்டு.

கரும்புள்ளிகள் மற்றும் பருக்கள் மறைய பப்பாளிப் பழச்சாறை முகத்தில் தடவவும். எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் பருக்களை கிள்ளக் கூடாது. இதனால் பருக்கள் அதிகமாகும்.

முருங்கைக் கீரை மற்றும் ஏனைய கீரை வகைகளை வாரத்தில் 2 நாட்களாவது உணவில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்வதும் நல்லது.

வியர்வை அதிகமாக சுரப்பதால் தோல் வறட்சியை ஏற்படுத்தும். இதற்கு பழச்சாறு, காய்கறிச்சாறு, சூப் மற்றும் குடிநீரை அடிக்கடி குடிக்கவும்.

இதனால் தோல் வறட்சி தடுக்கப்படும். உடம்புக்கு புத்துணர்ச்சி கிடைப்பதோடு தோலும் பளபளப்பாக மாறும். கோடை காலத்தில் தயிர் சாப்பிடுவதை விட உப்பு சேர்த்து மோராக சாப்பிடுவதும் நல்லது.

அன்புத் தோழர்களே !  GDS  ஊழியர்களுக்கான உயர்த்தப்பட்ட DA  அரியர்ஸ் பெறுவதற்கான  இலாக்கா உத்திரவு ஏற்கனவே நமது வலைத்தளத்தில் பிரசுரித்திருந்தோம் .  நமது CPMG  அலுவலகத்திலி ருந்து அந்த உத்தரவை  மாநிலம் முழுவதும் அதன் கீழ் உள்ள அலுவலகங்களுக்கு அனுப்பவில்லை என்று பல கோட்டங்களில் இருந்து தோழர்கள் கேட்ட வண்ணம் இருந்தனர் . 01.05.2013 அன்றே இந்த  FORWARDING  ORDER  கோப்பிடப்  பட்டாலும்  உரிய அதிகாரிகளைச் சந்தித்த பின்னரே இன்று மாலை சுமார் 05.00 மணியவில் இந்த உத்திரவு வெளியிடப்பட்டது.  அதன் நகலை கீழே பிரசுரித்துள்ளோம் . நமது GDS  தோழர்களுக்கு மேலும் கால தாமதம் ஆகாமல்  இதனைநகல் எடுத்து  அவர்களுக்கு உரிய பணப்பயன் கிடைத்திட   நமது அஞ்சல் மூன்று தோழர்கள் உடன் உதவிட வேண்டுகிறோம்.
