In Namakkal DN there is More than 50% is shortage in P.A cadre due to wrong assessment of vaccencies during the period 2000 to 2010 by DN administration. It resulted 27 PA s are not recruited during various periods from 2000 to 2010.The information is given by SP Namakkal by RTI request .The sanctioned strength in namakkal dn is 205 and working strength is 128 and 7 PAs are retired from service during the period jan 2015 to jul 2015 this year .The details of RTI request were sent to circle union, CHQ and Regional sec by mail and by post and also now the RTI reply attached h/w
13 PAs are selected this year and only 10 PAs are joined duty 3 PAs are not joined .Before joining of New PAs 6 outsourcings are permited two for Thiruchengodu H.O and four namakkal HO to manage the office .From01-04-2015 onwards all are stopped .Now 5 PAs are deputed to mnop training and 1 for CBS regularly. In the above situation no one can go on CL or even medical grounds.
while this issue was discussesd with SPos Namakkal he replied that a detaild letter sent to PMG Coimbatore on 15-04-2015 explaining the position of Namakkal dn in PA cadre and request to permit 14
outsourcing to manage Namakkal dn in smooth functioning for back office work and sent by e mail on 02-05-2015 but PMG Coimbatore not yet permitted
So we request our circle secretary kinly intervene in this burning issue urgently and take appropriate acton with higher ups to function Namakkal dn smoothly
