Reintroduction of 6 day week in all central government offices and organizations ?

The new Union Government is thinking of put an end to the 5 day week and reintroduction of 6 day week in all central government offices and organizations.This issue will be taken up soon for discussion in the union cabinet meeting. The 5 day week has been introduced long back in the year 1985 during the regime of late prime minister Sri Rajiv Gandhi.

தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் - RMS இணைப்புக் 

குழுக் கூட்டம் 

தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் -RMS  இணைப்புக் குழுவின் கூட்டம் கடந்த 17.05.2014 சனி மாலை  சென்னை சென்ட்ரல் அருகில் உள்ள RED  BUILDING  வளாகத்தில்  அதன் தலைவர் தோழர். K .  ராஜேந்திரன்(RMS  நான்கு ) அவர்கள் தலைமையில் கன்வீனர் தோழர். J . ராமமுர்த்தி (அஞ்சல் மூன்று) அவர்கள் துவக்கி வைக்க இனிதே நடைபெற்றது. 

கூட்டத்தில்  தமிழ் மாநில NFPE இன் உறுப்பு சங்கங்களின் மாநிலச் செயலர்கள்  தோழர். S . ரவிச்சந்திரன், அஞ்சல் நான்கு, K . சங்கரன், RMS  மூன்று, B . சங்கர், ACCOUNTS , S . அப்பன்ராஜ், SBCO மற்றும் அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் தலைவர் தோழர். J . ஸ்ரீ வெங்கடேஷ், கணக்குப் பிரிவின் தலைவர் தோழர். சந்தோஷ் குமார், அதன் முன்னாள் மாநிலச் செயலர் தோழர். R .B . சுரேஷ்  உள்ளிட்ட   முக்கிய நிர்வாகிகள்  கலந்து கொண்டனர். GDS  மற்றும் நிர்வாகப் பிரிவு மாநிலச் செயலர்கள் பணி  நிமித்தம் வெளியூர்களில் இருந்ததால் கலந்துகொள்ள முடிய வில்லை என்று தெரிவித்திருந்தனர். 

கூட்டத்தில் நிறைவேற்றப் பட்ட 

முக்கிய தீர்மானங்கள் :-

1. NFPE  சம்மேளனத்தில் வைர விழா  நிகழ்வை தமிழகத்தில் இணைப்புக்

    குழு சார்பாக சிறப்பாக நடத்துவது. 

     a ) சென்னையில் இந்த  விழாவை நடத்துவது.

     b ) எதிர்வரும் செப்டம்பர்  மாதம்   21 அல்லது 28 தேதிகளில் ஏதேனும் 

          ஒரு  தேதியில் இதனை நடத்துவது.

     c ) இதற்கான நிதித் தேவையை  NFPE  இன் அனைத்து உறுப்பு 

          சங்கங்களும் பகிர்ந்து அளிப்பது .

     d ) இதற்கென விழாக் கமிட்டி தனியே அமைப்பது.

     e ) தமிழக NFPE  இயக்கத்தில் பணியாற்றி ஓய்வு  பெற்ற அனைத்து 

          முன்னாள் , மாநிலச் செயலர்கள், மாநிலத் தலைவர்கள் ,

          சம்மேளன மற்றும்  அகில இந்திய சங்கங்களின் முன்னாள் 

          பொதுச் செயலர்கள் அனைவரையும் இந்த  நிகழ்வில் அழைத்து 

          அவர்களை கௌரவிப்பது .

2.  எதிர்வரும் 30.06.2014 அன்று அரசுப் பணி  நிறைவு பெரும் தமிழ் மாநில 

     அஞ்சல் - RMS  இணைப்புக் குழுவின் தலைவர் தோழர். K . ராஜேந்திரன் 

     அவர்களுக்கு 29.06.2014 அன்று திருச்சியில் நடைபெறும் பாராட்டு 

      நிகழ்வில்  அனைத்து மாநிலச் செயலர்களும் கலந்துகொண்டு 

      இணைப்புக்  குழு சார்பாக  அவர்களை கௌரவிப்பது.(இதற்கென 

      நிகழ்வில் தனி நேரம் ஒதுக்கப்படும் )

3.  மாநில கூட்டு ஆலோசனைக் குழுவுக்கான ஊழியர் பிரச்சினைகளை    

     அனைத்து மாநிலச் செயலர்களும் எதிர்வரும் 31.05.2014 க்குள் அதன் 

     செயலருக்கு அளிப்பது.

4. a )மாநில கணக்குப் பிரிவு ஊழியர்களுக்கு எதிராக  பழிவாங்கும்

        மற்றும் அடாவடி நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் GM  FINANCE

        நிர்வாகத்தை  கண்டித்து  எதிர்வரும் 20.05.20104 அன்று   மாநில 

       கணக்குப் பிரிவு அலுவலகத்திற்கு  முன்னால்  நடைபெறும் தார்ணா 

       போராட்டத்தில்  அனைத்து மாநிலச் செயலர்களும்  , நிர்வாகிகளும் 

        கலந்து கொண்டு முழு  ஆதரவினை அளிப்பது.

     b )சென்னை பெருநகர் பகுதியில் பணியாற்றும் அனைத்து 

        அமைப்புகளில்  இருந்தும் ஊழியர்களை பெருமளவில் கலந்து 

        கொள்ளச் செய்வது. 

     c ) அஞ்சல் -RMS  இணைப்புக் குழுவின் சார்பாக CPMG  இன் உடனடித் 

        தலையீடு வேண்டி பிரச்சினைகளை MEMORANDUM  ஆக அவரிடம் 

        அளித்துப் பேசுவது.

     d) இது குறித்து  அஞ்சல் -RMS  இணைப்புக் குழு சார்பாக தனியே 

        சுற்றறிக்கை வெளியிடுவது .

     d ) பிரச்சினைகள் தீர்க்கப் படவில்லை என்றால்  இணைப்புக் குழு     

        சார்பாக  CPMG  அலுவலக வாயிலில் அனைத்து மாநிலச் 

        சங்கங்களும்  போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபடுவது.

இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் நிறைவேற்றப் பட்ட முக்கிய  தீர்மானமான கணக்குப்  பிரிவு ( AUDIT  & ACCOUNTS ) ஊழியர்களின் பிரச்சினைகளை தீர்த்திட, எதிர்வரும் 20.05.2014 அன்று சென்னை  எழும்பூர் எத்திராஜ்  சாலையில் அமைந்துள்ள  GM  FINANCE  அலுவலக  வளாகத்தில்  நடத்தப் படும் தார்ணா  போராட்டத்தில், சென்னை பெருநகர் பகுதியில் பணி  புரியும் அஞ்சல் மூன்று, அஞ்சல் நான்கு , RMS  மூன்று ,RMS  நான்கு , நிர்வாகப் பிரிவு , கணக்குப் பிரிவு, SBCO , GDS  உள்ளிட்ட பகுதிகளின் ஊழியர்கள்  பெருமளவில் கலந்துகொண்டு  போராட்டத்திற்கு முழு ஆதரவு அளித்திட  தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் -RMS  இணைப்புக் குழு  வேண்டுகிறது. 

கோட்ட/ கிளைச் செயலர்களுக்கு தனியே செய்தி அனுப்பப்படும் . இதற்கான சுற்றறிக்கை முன்னதாகவே இந்த வலைத்தளத்தில் பிரசுரிக்கப் படும்.
