போராட்ட களம் புகுவீர் ! ஊழியர்களை சங்க வேறுபாடு இன்றி ஓரணியில் திரட்டுவீர் ! தொழிலாளர் உரிமை வெல்லட்டும் ! அடக்குமுறை எண்ணங்கள் நொறுங்கட்டும் ! சுதந்திர கீதம் முழங்கட்டும்!
கடந்த 2012 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழகம் வருகை புரிந்த பாராளுமன்ற நிலைக் குழுவுக்கு அளித்த எழுத்து பூர்வமான ஒப்புதலை மீறி , இருக்கும் ஊழியர்களை வைத்தே எல்லா ஞாயிறு மற்றும் பண்டிகை விடுமுறை தினங்களிலும், பன்னாட்டு கம்பெனிகளின் பொருட்களை பட்டுவாடா செய்திடவும் , விரைவுத் தபால்களை பட்டுவாடா செய்திடவும் இலாக்கா உத்திரவிட்டு,நாடு முழுவதும் கடந்த 23.10.2016 உடன் தொடர்ந்து ஐந்தாவது விடுமுறை தினமாக இந்த பட்டுவாடா நிகழ்வு தொடர்கிறது. இதனை தமிழக அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கம் தொடர்ந்து எதிர்த்து வருவது உங்களுக்குத் தெரியும். முதல் எதிர்ப்பை பதிவு செய்ததும் உங்களுக்குத் தெரியும்.
ஏற்கனவே கடந்த 13.10.2016 இல் தெளிவான கடிதத்தை நம்முடைய CPMG க்கு அளித்துப் பேசினோம் , இது இலாக்கா உத்திரவு என்று மாநில நிர்வாகம் கூறியதால் , உடன் நம்முடைய சம்மேளன மாபொதுச் செயலருக்கு இந்தப் பிரச்சினையைக் கொண்டு சென்றோம். அவரும் இலாகாவுக்கு கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார்.
இருப்பினும் பிரச்சினை தீரவில்லை. பன்னாட்டு கம்பெனிகளில் கூட அங்கு பணிபுரியும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு சனி , ஞாயிறு விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. கூரியர் நிறுவனங்கள் கூட அமேசான், நாப்தால் பொருட்களை ஞாயிறு மற்றும் பண்டிகை தினங்களில் பட்டுவாடா செய்வதில்லை . அங்கெல்லாம் தொழிலாளர் நலச் சட்டங்களுக்கு மதிப்பளித்து வார விடுமுறை அளிக்கிறார்கள்.
ஆனால் MODEL EMPLOYER என்று அரசியல் அமைப்புச் சட்டத்தில் சொல்லப்படும் மத்திய அரசுத் துறையான அஞ்சல் துறை அதிகாரிகள், தன்னுடைய இலாகாவில் பணி புரியும் ஊழியர்களை கொத்தடிமையாக நினைத்து வார விடுமுறை மற்றும் பண்டிகை தினங்களில் பணிக்கு வரச்சொல்லி உத்திரவு இடுகிறார்கள். கேட்டால் ரயில்வே துறையில் 24 மணிநேர பணி செய்யவில்லையா ? அங்கெல்லாம் ஞாயிறு விடுமுறை விடப்படுகிறதா என்று விபரம் தெரியாமல் சில கீழ்மட்ட அதிகாரிகளும் கேட்கிறார்கள்.
ரயில்வேயில் பணி புரியும் ஊழியர்களின் பணித்தன்மை , அங்குள்ள ஊழியர் எண்ணிக்கை, அவர்கள் ஒரு நாள் பணி செய்தால் ஒன்று விட்டு மறுநாள் அவர்கள் பணிக்கு வந்தால் போதும் என்ற விபரமெல்லாம் கூட அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியவில்லை.
இங்கேயும், மூன்று மடங்கு ஊழியர்கள் பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டு, அவர்களுக்கு 24 X 7 பணிக்கான அனைத்து சலுகைகளும் வழங்கப்பட்டு, பணி நியமன சட்டத்தில் 3 X 8 தன்மை உண்டு என்று சட்ட ரீதியாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு ஆளெடுக்கப்பட்டால் இதனை தாராளமாக இங்கு அமல்படுத்தலாம்.
3 SHIFT களில் ஊழியர்களை பணிக்கு கொண்டு வரலாம். இதுவெல்லாம் தெரியாமல், 'சட்டிக்குள் பானையை கழுவுவது போல' இருக்கும் குறைந்த மனித சக்தியை 365 நாட்களுக்கும் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று எண்ணுவது முற்றிலும் மனித உரிமை மீறலாகும். அல்லது எதேச்சாதிகாரமாகும்.
இது குறித்து நமது மாநிலச் சங்கம் அளித்த கடிதத்தின் உண்மையை ஏற்றுக் கொண்ட நமது CPMG அவர்கள், MEMBER ( O ) விற்கு நேரடிக் கடிதம் எழுதி அத்துடன் பாராளுமன்ற நிலைக்கு குழுவுக்கு இலாக்கா அளித்த பதிலின் நகலையும் இணைத்து , முடிவை மறுபரிசீலனை செய்திடலாம் என்று பரிந்துரைத்துள்ளதாக நம்முடைய மாநிலச் செயலரிடம் PMG MM அவர்கள் இன்று தெரிவித்தார்கள்.
மேலும் இது இலாக்கா முதல்வரால் அளிக்கப்பட்ட உத்திரவு என்பதால், ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக தங்களால் இதனை ரத்து செய்திட இயலாது எனவும் , CPMG அவர்களுடன் கலந்து பேசி எதிர்வரும் தீபாவளி பண்டிகை தினங்களுக்கு மட்டும் தமிழகத்தில் இதனை ரத்து செய்திட பரிசீலிக்கிறோம் என்ற உறுதியை அளித்துள்ளார்கள் .
CPMG அவர்கள் கேரளா அஞ்சல் வட்ட பொறுப்பும் ஏற்றுள்ளதால் அவர் எதிர்வரும் 27.10.2016 மாலைக்கு பிறகுதான் வர இயலும் எனவும், எனவே எதிர்வரும் 28.10.16 அன்று காலை அவரை சந்திக்கலாம் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்கள். மேலும் உடன் இது குறித்து பேசிட PMG ,MM மற்றும் DPS, HQ ஆகிய இருவரையும் CPMG அவர்கள் பணித்துள்ளதால், நாளை 26.10.2016 காலை 10.30 மணிக்கு PJCA பிரதிநிதிகளை அழைத்துள்ளார்கள். இதில் தீபாவளி பட்டுவாடா நிறுத்தம் குறித்து முடிவு அறிவிக்கப்படும். இதனிடையே, தென்மண்டல மற்றும் கோவை மண்டல பொறுப்பேற்றுள்ள PMG அவர்கள் தன்னுடைய மண்டலங்களில் தீபாவளி பட்டுவாடாவை நிறுத்திட உத்திரவை அளித்துள்ளார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு நம் நன்றி .
மேலும் இது குறித்து இன்று இரண்டுமுறை நம்முடைய சம்மேளன மாபொதுச் செயலருக்கு நம்முடைய மாநிலச் செயலர் தகவல்களைத் தெரிவித்து தமிழகத்தில் PJCA போராட்ட களம் அமைந்துள்ளதால் உடன் அஞ்சல் வாரிய உறுப்பினர் ( O ) அவர்களை சந்தித்து முடிவு காண வேண்டியுள்ளார். அவரும் உடன் சந்தித்து பிரச்சினையை பேசுவதாக நம்முடைய மாநிலச் செயலருக்கு உறுதி அளித்துள்ளார்.
எப்படி இருப்பினும், எந்தக் காரணம் கொண்டும் இது போன்ற கொடுமைகளை நாம் அனுமதிக்க முடியாது. எனவே நாளைய போராட்டத்தின் வீச்சு , ஊழியர்களின் ஒட்டுமொத்த எதிர்ப்பு உணர்வை அஞ்சல் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு உணர்த்திட வேண்டும். அந்த வகையில் போராட்டத்தை அனைத்து பகுதிகளிலும் சிறக்கச் செய்யுமாறு வேண்டுகிறோம்.
நம்முடைய கோரிக்கை எல்லாம் தீபாவளி பண்டிகைக்கானது மட்டுமல்ல. இந்த தொழிலாளர் விரோத உத்திரவு ஒட்டு மொத்தமாக ரத்து செய்யப்பட வேண்டியதே ஆகும்.
எனவே போராட்ட களம் புகுவீர் !

RBI employees to join Sep 2nd industrial strike
Reserve Bank of India workers and employees have decided to join the September 2 nationwide day-long strike called by central trade unions.
All India Reserve Bank Employees' Association (AIRBEA) and All India Reserve Bank Workers' Federation in a joint statement said: "Reserve Bank employees all over the country will participate in September 2 industrial strike in support of the demands of the country's working class."
On March 30, central trade unions including INTUC, AITUC, HMS, CITU, AIUTUC, among others, had given a call for a day-long nationwide strike on September 2 to protest against the Modi government's "unilateral labour reforms and anti-worker policies".
Nearly 5 lakh other bank union workers and officers are set to join the strike.
AIRBEA general secretary Samir Ghosh said the strike will be a total success as RBI officers are in moral support for the cause and are likely to abstain from work.
Ghosh also highlighted several demands and concerns of RBI as a reason for joining the strike.
"Many important works of RBI have been outsourced or eliminated like public debt management. RBI's powers to decide country's monetary policy, which was its exclusive preserve since inception is being abrogated by the mechanism of a Monetary Policy Committee where government will hold sway," he said.
In the name of recapitalisation of banks suffering from huge bad debt to corporates, government plans to drain out RBI Reserve Fund of Rs 2 lakh crore overriding RBI objections and crippling RBI financially, he claimed.

In the absence of any indication that the Empowered Committee of Secretaries will again meet the NJCA Leaders to discuss over the final positions emerging on the modifications sought by the Staff Side over the recommendations of 7th CPC, the NJCM Staff Side Secretary Comrade Shiv Gopal Mishra sought and got an interview with the Cabinet Secretary.
The following issues emerged from the discussion:
1. The basic pay of MTS will be slightly enhanced from the recommended 18,000/-. But it appears that the enhancement may not be nearer to the need based minimum wage calculations presented by the Staff Side.
2. Despite the MTS wages revised, the Fitment Factor as recommended by 2.57 will not change for both employees and pensioners.
3. The first option recommended by the 7th CPC for Refixation of pension to past pensioners viz., the number of increments earned by the pensioners in his last pay scale before his retirement should be taken into account, is not acceptable to both Defense Ministry and Pension Ministry.
4. Defense Ministry has opposed the formula. The Pension Ministry says that in the absence of preserved records, such a calculation is not feasible.
5. A Committee will be constituted to go into the issue of abolition of 52 allowances recommended by the Pay Commission.
6. No indication about the HRA percentage that has been recommended by the Pay Commission to reduce it.
7. A Committee will be constituted to go into the issue of New Pension Scheme to government employees recruited on or after 1.1.2004.
From the above, it is crystal clear that the Official Side is not at all interested to take into account the genuine grievances of staff and pensioners. The Official Side is bent upon provoking the CG Employees to go on strike and the Pensioners to go on a campaign. They want a confrontation between the Government and the Employees to settle whatever score they want to settle. We know that already the bureaucracy is divided between the Organized Group ‘A’ Service Officers and the All India Service Officers. The Secretaries in the Empowered Committee do not want to settle any of the issues and they desire not to change any of the recommendations of the Pay Commission!
It is in this background a struggle becomes unavoidable.
It is in this background that the NJCA is meeting on 3.6.2016.
It is in this background that the NCCPA is meeting on 27.6.2016.
Let there be strong decisions for waging an uncompromising struggle on basic issues.

TN NFPE COC FIRST STAGE PROGRAMME OF ACTION DEMONSTRATIONS
TN NFPE COC FIRST STAGE PROGRAMME OF ACTION - DEMONSTRATIONS AT ALL H .O.s/D.O.s ON 17.3.2016 ON SPECIFIC CHARTER OF DEMANDS.
AS PER THE DECISION ANNOUNCED DURING THE GDS CONVENTION HELD AT TRICHY ON 28.02.2016, AS A FIRST STEP, TN NFPE COC HAS DECIDED TO CONDUCT A STATEWIDE DEMONSTRATION AT ALL H.O.s/D.O.s/UNITS PRESSING THE 12 POINT CHARTER OF DEMANDS.
1. PL. STOP THE 'TORTURE' UNLEASHED AGAINST THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING GDS IN THE NAME OF TARGET.
2. PL.TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THE GROUND LEVEL OFFICERS, WHO ARE PRESSING THE EMPLOYEES TO OPEN Rs. 10/- DENOMINATION RD ACCOUNTS IN LARGE FROM A SINGLE DEPOSITOR, THEREBY CHEATING THE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE. PL GET THE INFORMATION OF SUCH DIVISIONS/OFFICES AT CPC.
3. PL.RAISE THE BANDWIDTH AT ALL 'C' AND 'B' CLASS OFFICES IMMEDIATELY AS PER THE ORDERS OF THE DEPARTMENT.
4. PL.TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE 'INFOSYS' FOR THE CONTINUED 'SLOWNESS' IN FINACLE, INSTEAD OF FIXING RESPONSIBILITY ON THE GROUND LEVEL OFFICIALS ON PUBLIC COMPLAINTS.
5. PL TAKE ACTION AGAINST 'INFOSYS' FOR THE CONTINUED SLOWNESS IN 'MC CAMISH' FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH, SINCE NOTHING CAN BE MOVED IN THE RPLI / PLI DRIVE PERIOD, RESULTING IN HUGE LOSS TO THE DEPT
6. PL.IMPLEMENT THE ORDER OF THE DTE. ON "BUSINESS HOURS" AT ALL THE OFFICES.
7. PL STOP REDEPLOYMENT OF ANY POSTMAN POST WITHOUT SCIENTIFIC ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK LOAD; PL. DONT COMBINE THE BEATS.
8. PL.PROVIDE SUBSTITUTES IN POSTMAN & MTS IN ALL THE CLEAR / LEAVE VACANCIES, WITHOUT IMPOSING ANY RESTRICTIONS.
9. PL.TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE MEMORANDUM SUBMITTED BY RMS EMPLOYEES OF CENTRAL REGION . PL.INITIATE DISCUSSIONS WITH THE STAFF UNIONS AND SETTLE THE ISSUES. DONT VICTIMISE THE EMPLOYEES,
WHO ARE ON STRUGGLE FOR SETTLEMENT OF THEIR GENUINE DEMANDS.
10. PL. ASSESS ALL THE VACANCIES AS PER THE DIRECTORATE ORDERS AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO FILLUP ALL THE VACANT POSTS. PL. FORM ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE IMMEDIATELY AND INCLUDE STAFF SIDE
REPRESENTATIVES IN THE COMMITTEE TO AVOID ANY IRREGULAR ASSESSMENT OF VACANCIES AS IN THE CASE OF PAST SEVERAL YEARS.
11.PL. CONSULT THE REPRESENTATIVES OF STAFF UNIONS BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES IN RMS OPERATIONS/UNITS.
12. PL. GRANT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM WELFARE FUND TO THE APPLIED AND AFFECTED GDS DURING THE DECEMBER'15 FLOOD, WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
தோழர்களே ! அனைத்து கோட்ட/ கிளைகளிலும் NFPE இன் அனைத்து உறுப்புச் சங்கங்களையும் உள்ளடக்கி , தவறாமல் இந்த முதற்கட்ட கோரிக்கை முழக்க ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தை நடத்திட வேண்டுகிறோம்.
மேலே காணும் கோரிக்கைகளை அப்படியே நகல் எடுத்து கோட்ட/கிளைச் செயலர்கள் கையெழுத்திட்டு , NFPE COC இன் அறிக்கை நகலையும் இணைத்து ஆர்ப்பாட்ட முடிவில் அந்தந்த தலைமை அஞ்சலக POSTMASTER மூலம் அல்லது நேரிடையாக அஞ்சல் கண்காணிப்பாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் இந்த கோரிக்கை மனுவினை அளித்திடவும்.
தினசரி பத்திரிக்கை மற்றும் தொலைகாட்சி ஊடகங்களுக்கு இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் குறித்து செய்தி தெரிவித்து நமது கோரிக்கை நகலை அளித்து செய்தி
வெளியிடச் செய்யவும்.

AS PER THE DECISION ANNOUNCED DURING THE GDS CONVENTION HELD AT TRICHY ON 28.02.2016, AS A FIRST STEP, TN NFPE COC HAS DECIDED TO CONDUCT A STATEWIDE DEMONSTRATION AT ALL H.O.s/D.O.s/UNITS PRESSING THE 12 POINT CHARTER OF DEMANDS.
1. PL. STOP THE 'TORTURE' UNLEASHED AGAINST THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING GDS IN THE NAME OF TARGET.
2. PL.TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THE GROUND LEVEL OFFICERS, WHO ARE PRESSING THE EMPLOYEES TO OPEN Rs. 10/- DENOMINATION RD ACCOUNTS IN LARGE FROM A SINGLE DEPOSITOR, THEREBY CHEATING THE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE. PL GET THE INFORMATION OF SUCH DIVISIONS/OFFICES AT CPC.
3. PL.RAISE THE BANDWIDTH AT ALL 'C' AND 'B' CLASS OFFICES IMMEDIATELY AS PER THE ORDERS OF THE DEPARTMENT.
4. PL.TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE 'INFOSYS' FOR THE CONTINUED 'SLOWNESS' IN FINACLE, INSTEAD OF FIXING RESPONSIBILITY ON THE GROUND LEVEL OFFICIALS ON PUBLIC COMPLAINTS.
5. PL TAKE ACTION AGAINST 'INFOSYS' FOR THE CONTINUED SLOWNESS IN 'MC CAMISH' FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH, SINCE NOTHING CAN BE MOVED IN THE RPLI / PLI DRIVE PERIOD, RESULTING IN HUGE LOSS TO THE DEPT
6. PL.IMPLEMENT THE ORDER OF THE DTE. ON "BUSINESS HOURS" AT ALL THE OFFICES.
7. PL STOP REDEPLOYMENT OF ANY POSTMAN POST WITHOUT SCIENTIFIC ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK LOAD; PL. DONT COMBINE THE BEATS.
8. PL.PROVIDE SUBSTITUTES IN POSTMAN & MTS IN ALL THE CLEAR / LEAVE VACANCIES, WITHOUT IMPOSING ANY RESTRICTIONS.
9. PL.TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE MEMORANDUM SUBMITTED BY RMS EMPLOYEES OF CENTRAL REGION . PL.INITIATE DISCUSSIONS WITH THE STAFF UNIONS AND SETTLE THE ISSUES. DONT VICTIMISE THE EMPLOYEES,
WHO ARE ON STRUGGLE FOR SETTLEMENT OF THEIR GENUINE DEMANDS.
10. PL. ASSESS ALL THE VACANCIES AS PER THE DIRECTORATE ORDERS AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO FILLUP ALL THE VACANT POSTS. PL. FORM ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE IMMEDIATELY AND INCLUDE STAFF SIDE
REPRESENTATIVES IN THE COMMITTEE TO AVOID ANY IRREGULAR ASSESSMENT OF VACANCIES AS IN THE CASE OF PAST SEVERAL YEARS.
11.PL. CONSULT THE REPRESENTATIVES OF STAFF UNIONS BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES IN RMS OPERATIONS/UNITS.
12. PL. GRANT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM WELFARE FUND TO THE APPLIED AND AFFECTED GDS DURING THE DECEMBER'15 FLOOD, WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

GET READY FOR INDEFINITE STRIKE FROM 11th APRIL-2016
The 7th Central Pay Commission has submitted its report to Government of India. The recommendations given by the Pay Commission are most retrograde. The Chairman, Pay Commission did not consider even a single demand of unions. The demand of minimum wage as per Dr. Aykhroyid formula has been negated totally. The National Council JCM demanded minimum wage as Rs. 26000/- but the Pay Commission has recommended only Rs. 18000/-. Other demands like rate of increment as 5% , upgraded pay scales to the various cadres of Postal Department , 5 promotions , Deletion of Bench Mark in MACP, Revision of wages and other service conditions of GDS ,wage revision of Casual part time and contingent employees, cashless hassle free Medical facility , One time LTC to visit abroad, Removal of ceiling of 5% on compassionate appointments, Scrapping of New Pension Scheme , 67% of pay as pension on superannuation along with other demands have not been considered .Beside this the Pay Commission has recommended to abolish 52 existing allowances and advances like HBA, Festival Advance , TA Advance and Medical Advance. The percentage of HRA has been reduced as 24%, 16%, 8% instead of 30%, 20% & 10%.
This Pay Commission is one of the worst Pay Commission ever seen. It has recommended only 14.29% increase like 2nd Pay Commission.
The NJCA after detailed discussions in several Meetings with all constituents organizations of National Council JCM has submitted memorandum and Charter of demands to the Government of India with the warning that if the same is not settled , NJCA (Railway, Defence, Confederation) will be forced to go on indefinite strike from 11th April -2016 for which the notice will be served to Cabinet Secretary along with all heads of departments and at all levels on 11th March, 2016.
The Government has set up implementation Cell in Finance Ministry which will work as Secretariat to Empowered Committee headed by Cabinet Secretary for processing and implementation of recommendations of 7th Pay Commission. First meeting has been taken by the Chairman implementation Cell with NJCA leaders on 19th February, 2016. NJCA leaders have very clearly told that Employees will go on indefinite strike from 11th Apeil, 2016.
The Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers and national Federation of Postal Employees along with Postal JCA have endorsed the decision of NJCA.
All Central leaders will address rallies in the Capital Cities to popularize the strike demands and to mobilize the employees for which campaign programme has been chalked out and circulated among all.
29th March -2016 will be observed as Solidarity day throughout the country by all constituents of NJCA.
We as NFPE being on the forefront of all struggles have more responsibility to carry on all agitational programmes more successfully.
Keeping in view all the above mentioned facts NFPE appeals to the entirety of Postal, RMS and GDS employees to make all the agitational programmes cent per cent success and make all efforts to make the indefinite strike from 11th April-2016 a historic success to achieve the genuine and justified demands.
We have won on so many occasions and this time also we will win.

மாநில அளவிலான GDS ஊழியர் கருத்தரங்கம்
AIPEU GDS NFPE சங்கத்தின் மாநில அளவிலான சிறப்புக் கருத்தரங்கம் எதிர்வரும் 28.02.2016 அன்று திருச்சி ரயில்வே ஜங்ஷன் பார்சல் ஆபீஸ் எதிரில் உள்ள SRMU சங்கக் கூட்ட அரங்கில் காலை 09.00 மணி தொடங்கி முழு நாள் நிகழ்வாக நடைபெற உள்ளது.
இதில் முக்கிய தலைவர்களான தோழர். M . கிருஷ்ணன், தோழர். K . ராகவேந்திரன், தோழர். K .V . ஸ்ரீதரன் , தோழர். R .N . பராசர் , தோழர். P . பாண்டுரங்கராவ் உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்துகொண்டு கருத்துரையாற்றிட உள்ளார்கள். GDS ஊழியர்களுக்கான கமலேஷ் சந்திரா தலைமையிலான ஊதியக்குழுவுக்கு நாம் அளிக்க வேண்டிய கோரிக்கை மனு குறித்தும், பிப்ரவரி இறுதி வாரத்தில் அறிவிக்கப்பட உள்ள GDS ஊழியர் சங்கங்களுக்கான உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பில் நம்முடைய AIPEU GDS NFPE சங்கத்தை முதன்மை சங்கமாக ஆக்கிடுவது குறித்தும் விரிவான விவாதம் நடைபெற உள்ளது.
எனவே NFPE சம்மேளனத்தின் உறுப்பு சங்கங்களின் அனைத்து கோட்ட / கிளைச் செயலர்களும் தவறாது இந்த கருத்தரங்க மாநாட்டில் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பு சேர்க்க வேண்டுகிறோம். தங்கள் பகுதியில் இருந்து GDS தோழர்களை பெருமளவில் கலந்துகொண்டிட முழு முயற்சி எடுத்திட வேண்டுகிறோம்.
அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள்/கோட்ட/ கிளைச் செயலர்கள், தங்கள் மண்டலங்களில் இதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை தீவிரப்படுத்த, அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலச் சங்கம் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது. மத்திய மண்டலத்தில் உள்ள அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள், GDS மாநிலச் சங்கத்துடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றி கருத்தரங்க நிகழ்வு சிறந்திட தங்களின் முழு உழைப்பையும் நல்கிட வேண்டுகிறோம்.
